In Guava there are only two types of events you can create yourself: unavailabilities and appointments.
The first type, as the name suggests, indicates the period for which a model is not available to work. The latter represents all other types of events such as meetings, fittings, go-sees.
Note: We recommend that you use the method described here when setting a long period of time for which a model will be unavailable.
Creating an unavailability event for a model
From the calendar screen, click on the "Create event" button, fill the description and the time period for which the model will be unavailable and select "unavailable" as the event type. Next, choose the models that will be unavailable for that time period.
Creating an appointment event for a model
From the calendar screen, click on the "Create event" button, fill the description and the time period of the event and select "appointment" as the event type. If you want to link the appointment to an existing project, search for the project's name and select it.
Next, click on "select attendees" to choose the models that will be added to the appointment you are creating and save the event.
